jaguaracer's sollution is true for .shn files, but some users have run into the md5 failing issue where the md5 part that failes is the actual hash for the .txt file itself. The solution to this is to edit the .md5 to take out the reference in the md5 for the .txt file, and have the md5 look at only the .shn files for the check.

to edit the md5, just right click and choose 'edit' and then delete the 'old' md5 in your upload directory, then put the new one in there, then re-try
